The east wind has been blowing furiously since Sunday night, and I can feel the effect of a lack of sleep. But this morning I decided to go for my daily training walk anyway, wind or no wind.

As I made my way up the mountain track the wind pushed me back and almost blew my breath away. Despite this I felt strong, and I decided that I would place another brick in my pack tomorrow, bringing the weight up to about 15 kg.
